Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions

• Referral bonus will be paid up to 14 days after the placed candidate successfully passes their probationary period.
• The referred candidate must pass their probationary period for you to qualify for a referral fee.
• Referrals must be made exclusively to Ashley James Consulting, any subsequent introduction made, whether directly or indirectly will disqualify your entitlement to a referral fee/bonus.
• Any signing on bonus will be paid up to 14 days after the candidate successfully passes their probationary period.
• Ad-hoc incentives advertised as part of our referral scheme will be subject to availability and Ashley James Consulting reserves the right to offer an alternative reward of the same value at any time.
